  • Would you Welcome Support to live independently?

Life doesn’t always go to plan. You can sometimes suffer an accident or illness that means you have to reassess. Or you may find that as you become older, daily tasks become more difficult. These life changes do not necessarily mean the end of your independence.

With our help you can carry on living in your own home and getting the most out of life.

Our care is centred on you. We complete a full assessment and develop a unique care plan that is based on your choices, preferences, likes and dislikes. As well as taking into account you and your family’s opinions, we understand your physical needs too. We can tap into a complete range of specialist and healthcare professionals (such as occupational therapists and physiotherapists), and also help with practicalities like transport.

Care calls can be can range from a quick 15 minute visit, through to a complete care package – whatever suits your needs.

    Home care

Home is where we are most comfortable. It’s a familiar and safe environment. Which is why we believe it is important to stay there for as long as you are able.

Our approach to home care is about more than dealing with your daily needs. Of course we offer practical support services, such as help with shopping and meal preparation, and support with personal care and washing. But our service goes beyond this.

We want to support you to enjoy your life. Whether that’s meeting up with family and friends, going on day trips, or sharing a roast dinner on a Sunday, we can help you carry on doing the things you enjoy. Whatever you want to do, we can help you do it.
