  • We are Welcome Support

Caring is a vocation. It’s something we do because we want to help and support people. Our approach is to deliver support at home to the very highest level – just like your family and friends would.

What makes us different is that we believe a key part of caring is helping people live their lives to the fullest. We want our clients to have fun and enjoy life.

    Personalised care plan

We create an individual care plan for every client. We’ll look at the big picture, all angles of care, from the tiny details, to the broad strategies.

During the assessment, we ask the right questions to gain a true understanding of you and your environment and the way you want to live (which may not necessarily be the way you are living now).

Our plan is a personalised package we put together using a range of resources, from physiotherapists to transport. This plan is reviewed every three to six months to make sure we’re still offering the very best care services for your needs.

If at any time you need to talk about you, or your family member’s care we are always at the end of a phone, or an email away.

    Attention to detail

Once you and your family are comfortable with the plan, we will assign your carer to you. This means you see the same one or two people every visit. We know, trust and personally employ all our carers, so we know they share our ethos of personalised care.

As we get to know each other, we can recognise the small details you may need help with. Our care service is about more than just ticking boxes on a form; it’s about getting to know you and helping you to live a fulfilling life.
